The vase was delicately painted and is lightweight. After it was painted and dried, it was carefully sanded down to achieve a rustic look. After it was sanded, it was baked in order to make the paint permanent. As for the final step, the vase was filled with water and a combination of fresh flowers. Flowers will vary in color and type.
