This beautiful, hand-painted Resurrection set follows the Easter story according to the Gospel of John. The set is lovely to display and durable enough for children’s play.
The tomb and stone are hand-cut and stand up with the extra support of a piece of carved wood that can attach magnetically. The tomb is textured and looks and feels like the tombs in old Jerusalem.
The precious figures include the Risen Christ, Mary Magdalen, Peter, the beloved disciple, the angel, and the Roman guard. The figures are articulately painted and sealed. Each figure is about 3.5″ tall.

This is so exciting. I have never seen anything like this and the tomb is unbelievable. I recently visited the Holy Land and that makes this especially precious to me. The figures are beautifully painted. I was very impressed.
