Here is a magnetic cap pen, which simply means the cap is held on by a magnet. This pen had gold colored hardware and is made with Flame Maple wood. Flame Maple is also known as Curley Maple, Fiddleback or Tiger Maple, or Rippled Maple. This is the wood that is used in Quinn’s “Hope” Pen that he made for Grandma. Our plan is to make pens with Flame Maple(Mostly because it matches with Grandma’s fiery personality and attitude) and then donate to Living Beyond Breast Cancer & National Breast Cancer Foundation charities.
