These are great tasting tamales. The tamales have great quality pork that is mixed with sauce. The amazingly flavorful sauce is made with authentic red mexican chilies and various other spices. The tamales also include a thin slice of potato and one black olive.

(As you might have already noticed, instead of selling the tamales by the dozen, I’m selling the tamales in a bundle of 13. Selling them in a bundle of 13 is called “a baker’s dozen.” The baker’s dozen is based on a tale that goes back hundreds of centuries ago.)

These are the best tamales I've ever had--meaty, juicy, just enough spice! Count me in as a regular customer. The salsa is perfect too, especially knowing that everything in it is homegrown and fresh! Thank you for making our family meal special!!!
