My business started because I decided to find new uses for left over art and project materials. Initially I used these to make coasters (leftover craft paper and tiles), gift tags (old cards), crazy crayons (broken crayon pieces), bookmarks (unused beads), hair ties (old buttons), etc. Then I started reaching out to companies for left over materials they were not using and likely to send to landfills, As my product lines have expanded, I have had purchase materials to keep up with demand but I try to focus on materials that are discontinued and give them new life by applying them in appeal ways, I enjoy using materials in a non-traditional way. Through my business, I strive to learn new creative skills and practice business concepts professionally. When I see something that would be interesting to me or my family would like, I think about how it is made and how I could improve it. I look for YouTube videos to teach myself new skills.
